The application deadline is 18. December 2011.

The programme is intended for people who are interested in working in coaching, in particular, executive coaching. Executive coaching can be used in various ways both in people's professional and personal life and is specifically aimed at improving the success of individuals and organisations.

The Executive Coaching programme gives participants an opportunity to develop their leadership skills; bring out the best in employees, teams, and organisations; and gain better results in both their professional and personal life.

Following the programme, students will have acquired enough knowledge and training to complete an ACC examination under the auspices of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Students build a solid foundation to work independently as executive coaches. Instructors have wide-ranging experience in the fields of executive coaching and leadership studies.

To the left and below can be found detailed information on the programme, executive coaching, the RU
Open University, the ICF Code of Ethics, and CCUI.

12"The Executive coaching course greatly exceeded all expectations and I have never learned so much over such a short period of time. RU Open University's professional staff is always willing and able to assist in every manner and the facilities are exemplary. The classes are presented in a challenging, fun and practical way by a selection of first class teachers. I found the atmosphere in HR is quite unique and always felt at home when attending class. The course in Executive coaching was my second course at RU and I will most certainly be back again."
